Downloading and unpacking the routine:
The Fortran code for the parametrization: eps08.tar.gz (size: 467 kbytes). ADMI NOTE: THIS LINK WILL NOT WORK AFTER NOV1, NEED TO FIX
The package is tarred and gzipped. Unpacking is done by:
gunzip eps08.tar.gz
tar -xvf eps08.tar
