Please choose "file" from the menu that pops up, browse for your files and click on "save". This will upload your material to your folder. You may also hide the contents of your folder from others by choosing the "state" "private" from the action panel. Before you upload any material, please read the guidelines carefully.

Should you encounter any problems please contact the Local Organizing Committee by E-mail.

Guidelines

If you wish to contribute both a talk and a poster, please submit a separate abstract for each contribution.

Abstract filenames should reflect what type of contribution is requested. So, if you are contributing a talk, you could name the file SurnameFirstname_talk.pdf, and similarly for posters.

Abstracts

The length of the abstract should not exceed one A4 page. The preferred format is PDF. Please include the title of the presentation, all authors and their institutes, and the abstract text.

Posters

Poster size: ISO A0 (841mm x 1189mm or 33in x 47in).

Talks

Oral presentations can be PowerPoint (preferred) or PDF format. Speakers will be asked to provide a copy of their talks to the organizers beforehand, as the use of one's own laptop is not possible (Mac users especially: please be aware of this).

Length of talks:

    Keynote: 25+5 minutes total
    Contributed: 12+3 minutes total
